A Historic Memorial Park with Playground
One of the oldest parks in Taipei, it was established in 1908 as the first European-style park in central Taipei. The park is home to two museums - the 2/28 Memorial Museum and the National Taiwan Museum, and includes a memorial to the February 28 incident. At the Southern end of the park there is a shady playground area with sand pit, swings, and play set with slides and a friendly neighborhood feel.
