This is a free government run play area (but smaller than the 13 district play centers) with toys and learning activities. It includes a baby discovery zone with sensory toys, an area with padded crawling/toddling mats, a small ball pit, educational toys, reading area, dolls, building block area, and a small outdoor area with plants and few push cars. 2. Wenshan Community Play Center (Kiss Baby)
This is another free government run play area in Wenshan District. Kiss Baby regularly holds free parent-child activities, including movement/rhythm classes, music classes, and paper craft activities. The center also includes bins with various learning activities, a padded play space with a small slide, and other physical play toys. (READ MORE)

This is a 3rd free government 'play garden' in Wenshan district. There are bins with various learning activities, padded mats for crawling babies, a stepping ladder for toddlers, a small ball pit, some doll houses, a puppet theater, craft tables, and a couple of push cars for kids to ride around.
