A Nature Restaurant on YMS
If you’re on Yangmingshan mountain, Taipei Maple Resort offers a restaurant with a fun natural environment. Visitors can eat outside while watching butterflies, listening to birds, and there’s even a little stream where kids can play. Meals include small hot pots and fried vegetable meals, and seating consists of benches next to the stream (as long as the water isn’t too high), little cabins, and tables with umbrella. From the garden, visitors can follow a walking trail that leads to some landscape viewing areas. Just FYI, menu is in Chinese only and there are no pictures.

Admission isn NT$200 yuan on weekdays for adults, and NT$250 for adults on weekends.
Admission is NT$100 for children 6 to 12 years old on weekdays and weekends, and the admission can be used toward food.
