If you’re visiting (or living) in Taipei with kids, the Core Pacific City Mall (aka Living Mall) is a great place to visit as there’s so many children's activities suitable for all ages within one building. It’s a little away from the main city center, but still easily reachable by MRT, and even the building is pretty interesting for kids as the main part is a big sphere.
